The Kristin Bianca does not issue refunds on intimate apparel. Waist trainers, fajas, are considered intimate apparel. For all appointments, We do not issue refunds, We will give a store credit in the case a treatment needs to be changed or is no longer wanted. All appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time or client may be responsible for cancellation fee of $50. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered no show and will have to rescheduled for another time and are subject to the cancellation fee.

Course/trip deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be used toward another date if a client cannot make the scheduled date of course. Trip deposits are non-refundable. In the case client cannot make trip date or trip is rescheduled, deposit will carry over to a future date.
